What You'll Do As Our Vehicle Sales Consultant:
Guide customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget. Present and demonstrate inventory with engaging test drives and detailed product knowledge. Achieve sales by meeting or surpassing monthly goals through transparent, customer-focused selling. Deliver a world-class experience from first handshake to final delivery. Leverage technology and team support to manage leads, follow up, and collaborate with your sales and finance teammates Our criteria: Valid driver's license A clean driving record High school diploma 2+ years of automotive sales experience or applicable industry sales experience Although not required, proficiency with VinSolutions, bilingual language abilities, and experience working at a high-volume car dealership are preferred.
