This position is a great fit for someone with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience who enjoys working with people face-to-face. In this role, you will represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations, speak with customers, explain available promotions, and help customers choose options that fit their needs. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role. Employees are paid weekly. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour , with additional earning opportunities through uncapped commission and bonuses . Average weekly earnings typically range from $800-$1,200 , including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses. Earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results.
