Ed Corley Ford - Grants, New Mexico Full-Time | Monday-Friday Ed Corley Ford is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable using the phone and computer, and like helping customers, this could be a great opportunity for you. Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do As our BDC Representative, you will be an important connection between our customers and our dealership. You will help customers with both sales and service needs, provide timely follow-up, and assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle or dealership service Scheduling and confirming sales appointments Assisting customers with scheduling and confirming service appointments Following up with service customers regarding appointment needs Following up with customers who missed or canceled appointments Staying in contact with customers who have not yet purchased Helping recover missed customer opportunities Maintaining accurate customer information and notes in our customer management system Reviewing dealership phone calls and identifying customers who may need additional assistance Communicating appointments and customer needs to our sales and service teams Completing daily customer follow-up and providing a simple daily activity report What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers Dependable and punctual Positive and professional Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and text messaging Able to communicate clearly over the phone Self-motivated and able to stay productive throughout the day Willing to learn and accept coaching Able to work well with both our sales and service teams Previous customer service, call center, sales, receptionist, or automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
