WHAT DOES A RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO?

As a Retail Sales Representative at CellularOne, your primary mission is to sell an array of cutting-edge telecommunications products while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service. You will partner closely with the Store Supervisor to maintain a fresh and appealing merchandise display, conducting regular inspections to ensure everything is in top condition for our customers. A thorough knowledge of our Commercial Sales offerings will empower you to provide tailored solutions at the point of sale. Your varied work schedule may include evenings and weekends, allowing you to engage with the community during special events. With a strong focus on teamwork, you will participate in team meetings to strategize on ways to boost sales and cultivate a positive work environment, all while adhering to company policies.
