Your Role as a

Sales Consultant:

As a key player on our sales team, you'll help drive sales and build strong customer relationships within the Treasure Valley. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our clients have the products they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with purchasing and returning merchandise. Provide expert answers about pricing and product usage. Process customer orders and prepare invoices. Collaborate with assigned Account Executives to grow sales and expand business. Distribute Safety Data Sheets for chemicals to customers as needed. Attend sales and training meetings to stay sharp and informed. Handle daily cash register and credit card machine totals. Prepare quotes, letters, and other essential documents.

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Superstar :

Proven experience in customer service and inside sales, ideally in the distribution industry.

Excellent Communicator :

Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.

Sales Savvy :

Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus, but your passion and drive matter most.

Team-Oriented :

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
