  • We value accountability, professionalism, consistency, and initiative What You'll Do Business Development & Sales Build and grow relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and developers that results in additional Sales Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent outreach Maintain visibility and engagement within the local real estate community Travel throughout the Northern Nevada territory to expand market presence Relationship Management Develop trusted, long-term client relationships Deliver exceptional follow-up, communication, and problem-solving support Stay actively connected with clients to strengthen retention and referrals Territory Growth & Performance Create and execute a strategy to expand your market presence throughout Northern Nevada Track activity, pipeline growth, and business development efforts Consistently work toward and exceed performance goals Attend networking events, industry functions, and community activities across the territory Team Collaboration Partner closely with escrow, title, and operations teams to create a seamless client experience Communicate effectively to support successful closings and client satisfaction What You Bring Experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship-based sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in prospecting, networking, and building new business Self-motivation, consistency, and a competitive mindset Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team culture Coachability and a willingness to grow Industry experience in title, escrow, lending, or real estate is helpful, but not required for the right sales professional.
