Responsibilities Serves as the primary liaison among Sales, Finance, and the Customer, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of quoting, invoicing, and service agreement management.
Drive Internal Sales:
Manage the sales process for service agreements.
Support Pre-Sales:
Assist sales teams by providing quotes and information on service agreements.
Negotiate and Manage Agreements:
Handle the management and revision of service agreement terms and conditions.
Ensure Revenue Accuracy:
Collaborate with finance on monthly reporting to guarantee proper invoicing and service agreement revenue recognition.
Track Agreement Performance:
Generate regular reports that detail the status and performance of service agreements.
Manage Service Agreement Data:
Maintain accurate records of service agreements and related assets within the CRM system.
Maintain Pricing and Quoting Tools:
Keep service agreement pricing accurate and up to date within the quoting system.
Process CRM Data Corrections:
Manage any necessary revisions to service agreement assets and configurations in the CRM.
Contract Expertise:
Understand, interpret, and apply legal contracts, including sales agreements and vendor agreements.
Customer Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers via email and meetings regarding service agreement quotes, terms, compliance, and other relevant matters.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate with team members by keeping them informed on contract status, pricing, and product details.
Invoice Management:
Oversee the invoicing process for all purchased service agreements. Qualifications Five (5) plus years of customer service or similar experience. Must have Microsoft experience, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Technical aptitude and proven sales ability to effectively articulate product value and close deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education/Experience High school diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.
