•23/hour + Performance Bonuses Ah Spa at Lake Las Vegas is looking for a polished, motivated and sales-minded Spa Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is comfortable selling and recommending products and services, and wants the opportunity to grow with the business. Ah Spa offers traditional spa services including massage and facials, medical aesthetics, IV wellness treatments, salon services and a large selection of luxury beauty, skincare and wellness retail, including ZO Skin Health. You'll be the first person our guests see when they walk through the door and an important part of making sure they have an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What You'll Do Greet and check in guests and provide a polished, welcoming experience Answer phones, texts and guest inquiries Book and manage appointments across our spa, salon, wellness and aesthetic services Follow up with missed calls, new inquiries and guests who have expressed interest in services Help keep provider schedules full and proactively work appointment openings Encourage rebooking and help build long-term client relationships Learn our full menu of services so you can confidently answer general questions and direct clinical questions to the appropriate provider Introduce guests to products and services that may be a good fit for them Actively sell our skincare, beauty and wellness retail Learn our professional skincare lines, including ZO Skin Health Maintain and merchandise our retail area Manage inventory, restocking and product counts Process guest transactions Keep the reception and retail areas clean, organized and up to luxury spa standards Work closely with our providers and ownership to help identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and grow the business Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, professional and naturally good with people. You should be the type of person who gets up to greet someone when they walk through the door, starts a conversation when a guest is browsing products and follows up quickly when someone calls or inquires about a service. You don't need to be a medical expert. We will help you learn our services and products, and all clinical questions and recommendations will be handled by our licensed providers. Experience in a spa, med spa, luxury hotel, beauty or skincare business, salon, high-end retail, hospitality or sales is a plus. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, organized, motivated and willing to take ownership of their role. This could be a great fit for someone who has worked in hospitality or beauty and is ready for more responsibility, or for a strong salesperson who is interested in the spa, skincare and wellness industry. Compensation & Growth Base pay: $20

•23/hour, depending on experience In addition to hourly pay, this position has significant bonus potential. Performance bonuses can range from approximately $500 to $5,000+ based on measurable performance and results. Performance will be measured across areas such as retail sales, responsiveness, follow-up, bookings and rebooking, guest experience, inventory management and overall contribution to the business. We're willing to be generous with someone who performs. The goal is to find someone who wants to take ownership of the position, help us grow and be rewarded for the results they create.
