Auburn, NY Compensation:
$60,000 - $120,000

Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. You'll assess customer needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver personalized service while working towards team and individual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Needs Assessment:
Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the right vehicle solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain deep knowledge of our full lineup of Chevrolet and GMC vehicles, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and answer questions to build trust and confidence.
Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed personal and team performance goals.
Market Research:
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
Customer Service:
Deliver top-notch support from first interaction through vehicle delivery and beyond.
Negotiation and Closing:
Guide clients through financing options and finalize deals with professionalism and transparency.
Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident sales and negotiation abilities Analytical and problem-solving mindset Proficiency with CRM systems (preferred) Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities Enthusiastic about vehicles and helping people Prior automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
