Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts. Prepare detailed quotes and technical proposals for customers.- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to understand and accommodate all customer requests. Coordinate with the quality and production teams to ensure customer specifications and deadlines are met.
- Research and establish new accounts.
- Occasional travel to visit customers.
