Job Description

Sales Support Representative (SSR) is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and long-term value. While delivering an exceptional customer experience, the SSR supports all aspects of the sales cycle to help generate both new and recurring business opportunities. Within the role, you will liaise with various stakeholders, including internal departments, vendors & suppliers, as well as directly with customers. Customer Success, Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain customer relationship through calls, emails and occasional onsite visits. Prospect for growth opportunities within existing accounts Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the customer needs, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term sales roadmaps. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption by resolving issues, setting expectations and es Review historical sales to identify opportunities such as upgrades, renewals and potential new opportunties Sales Support & Proposal Management Work along side with Account Manager to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth Identify/Prepare RFPs on a daily basis Create bid proposals, and collaboration with manufacture, distributors and account manager Review and prepare bid documents to ensure an accurate final submission. Manage warranty/license renewals, product upgrades, and generate renewal quotes with proactive follow-up Create and managed deal registration, updates, and tracking of expiration/status and keep CRM system up to date Placing orders through distributors and internal CRM system MUST be great in following procedures
Continue Education:
Must participate in training sessions and certification exams to stay current on products and solutions. Qualifications 2 years tech sales support and/or customer service experience. Strong phone presence and listening skills. Self-Motivated and eager to grow Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
