What You'll Do:
Support the VP of Sales
- Handle the administrative and computer work so he can focus on customers and relationships.
Stay connected with current clients - Help maintain relationships with existing customers between the VP's visits.
Handle orders and quotes - Process orders, prepare quotes, and set up new customer accounts.
Update the CRM - Keep customer, order, and sales information accurate and up to date in Sherpa (White Cup).
Help customers - Speak with customers, answer questions, and explain how WNY Imaging can help.
Use Excel regularly - Track orders, customers, and sales information accurately.
Fix day-to-day issues - Help solve problems that come up with orders or customer accounts.
Join client meetings when needed - Occasionally go with the VP of Sales to customer or prospect meetings.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Ability to learn and use CRM software to maintain accurate customer and sales information. Experience with Sherpa/White Cup is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Ability to learn new systems and processes with limited supervision.
Customer service, sales support, or administrative experience required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
Interest in developing within sales or account management is a plus.
