Job:
The Senior Territory Sales Representative will manage and grow an established multi-state sales territory while developing new business and expanding relationships with existing hospital customers. This position is designed for an experienced B2B salesperson who can independently manage a territory, build a pipeline and consistently identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Own the sales strategy and performance of an assigned multi-state territory. Prospect for new business and develop opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems. Grow existing customer relationships through account development, cross-selling and upselling. Develop relationships with clinical, operational and other hospital decision makers. Build and manage an active pipeline of new business opportunities. Develop and execute annual territory sales plans and growth objectives. Monitor account performance and identify areas of growth, decline and new opportunity. Maintain accurate customer activity, pipeline and opportunity information within the CRM system. Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed to develop relationships and close opportunities. Assist sales leadership with mentoring, onboarding, training and other sales initiatives as needed. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, new business development and territory growth. Experience independently managing a sales territory and pipeline. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Healthcare or medical sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel periodically within an assigned territory. Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
Job Status:
Direct Hire. Based in Buffalo, NY. Hybrid flexibility (2 days per week) after initial training period. Occasional travel to cover territory needs.
