This role is focused on generating and qualifying sales opportunities by making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in our products and services. Successful candidates are confident communicators, goal-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. This position requires the ability and expectation to make 100-200 outbound calls per day while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. What You'll Do Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to prospective customers Set appointments for in-home estimates with qualified leads Follow up on internet, social media, event, and inbound phone leads Reconnect with unsold estimates and previous prospects Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Conduct pre-appointment confirmation calls Support post-install follow-up scheduling Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams What We're Looking For 1-2 years of inside sales, call center, or outbound sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED required Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + uncapped commission opportunity Paid training Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Full-time schedule Schedule Evenings and Saturday's are required Full-time hours Why Join Us?
