Job Description

Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, support sales efforts, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with our customers while contributing to our sales targets and overall financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to customers, providing product information and answering inquiries. Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor accounts receivable and perform collections activities to ensure timely payments. Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, sales, and logistics to resolve customer issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account statuses. Assist with sales reporting and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Thursday Compensation:
Competitive salary with performance bonuses. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus. Bilingual English and Spanish required Previous experience in sales, customer service, or collections preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of food industry or distribution experience is beneficial but not required.
