This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives both in the dealership and in the field to build strong relationships, solve business transportation needs, and deliver complete Ford fleet solutions. Hours:
Typical hours are 7:30am
  • 5:30pm, Monday
  • Friday.
Some flexibility required as needed to meet customer needs.
Pay Range:
$60,000
  • $100,000+/yr (Salary + Commission)
Responsibilities:
Prospect, acquire, and grow commercial accounts within an assigned territory, both remotely and through on-site visits. Build strong relationships with business owners, procurement teams, and fleet managers in key industries such as construction, trades, landscaping, delivery, and municipal services. Communicate with customers through various channels (calls, texts, emails). Conduct virtual and on-site product presentations, vehicle walk-arounds, and proposal reviews. Prepare competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales for both single-unit and multi-vehicle opportunities. Maintain an accurate customer database with up-to-date account notes, opportunities, and follow-up activity. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned commercial accounts. Provide consultative support regarding fleet lifecycle planning, financing options, maintenance strategies, and Ford Pro service solutions. Build long-term customer loyalty through consistent follow-up and value-driven engagement. Work closely with local upfitters (e.g., dump bodies, service bodies, plows, racks, specialty equipment) to design and complete customized vehicle builds. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
A multi-tasker who can provide excellent customer service. Proficient with technology and an ability to assist others in its utilization. Problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer contact experience. Empathetic and patient personality. High level of comfort with product presentation and sales. Time management. Ability to work independently to achieve both personal and departmental goals. Comfortable managing a field-based schedule. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
Previous sales experience. Previous B2B experience. Previous customer service experience. Previous automotive experience.

Physical Requirements:
The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. The ability to occasionally perform repetitive motion tasks such as pushing snow off of surfaces as high as 7 feet. The ability to drive 100 miles one way. The ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including temperatures above 80 and below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The ability to sit for an extended period of time. The ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
