Position Summary As a Business Development & Client Associate, you will manage inbound business opportunities, cultivate customer relationships, develop new business through prospecting and networking, and maintain sales activity in our CRM. This on-site position works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Assistant General Manager, and field teams, while also meeting customers in person and representing Prime at industry events and trade shows. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Visit customers, attend networking events, and represent Prime at trade shows.
• Achieve measurable sales, conversion, and customer service goals. Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of sales experience or equivalent experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, real estate, relocation, multifamily housing, or a related industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Professional, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

The position includes a competitive base salary of $50,000-$52,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
