Job Description
Inside Sales Representative - Building Materials Builders Best - Cortland, NY 13045 Job Summary This role blends sales, customer service, and product expertise for both in-store and call in inquiries. They support customers in product selection, preparing quotes and order processing. Key Responsibilities Extend the highest level of service for each customer's interaction seeking a solution for their product request. Be timely in all customer responses via phone calls or emails. Present product information, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing through order placement to invoicing. For non-stock items, pursue a vendor and coordinate the purchase with the customer through product delivery. Work with customers on product issues providing after-sales support if required. Support outside sales team with quotes, order entry and arranging deliveries in the POS system. Support other functional areas within Builders Best Pursue and maintain product knowledge and trends within the construction industry. Common Products Sold
