Engaging team events and social activities What the ideal candidate will do: Prepare and distribute proposals, quotes, and sales documentation based on specifications and pricing. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and document preparation. Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM updates, data management, and system improvements. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely follow-up. Support overall sales operations by organizing files, assisting with events, providing phone coverage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must be a US Person. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of sales administrative or sales support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to professionally manage inquiries and follow-ups. Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Strong computer skill, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Experience with ERP/MRP system is a plus; SAP preferred. Must have experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively.
