Service and maintain a well-established customer base in addition to helping cultivate new potential customers. Will provide product information and pricing, take and process orders, respond to any customer issues, and ensure that all customer needs are met. No experience is required! Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries Providing product information and availability Pricing inventory and producing customer quote requests Evaluate and process purchase orders to ensure customer is provided efficient and timely service Work with the shipping department to complete the sales process and ensure the products are delivered in a timely fashion Support outside Sales and Finance departments with customer requests or needs Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility.
