A Field Sales Representative represents and sells products or services on behalf of a company. Visits customers and completes sales in person. Recruits new customers, presents information to demonstrate product value and persuade buyers, negotiates prices, confirms sales agreements, and works to meet company sales goals. Managers long term customer accounts and replenishes orders; may provide product maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
: Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises' features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle Follow all store operational policies and procedures Client Book Management
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years retail experience Excellent organization skills Customer service skills Familiar with Excel, Word and Internet This position is a part-time role. As such, and in order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend
SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER
The compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
