Job Description
Acquisition Advisor
Purchase, New York, United States Responsibilities Proactively identify potential acquisition opportunities through outbound phone calls, email campaigns, and other prospecting efforts.
Conduct a high volume of outreach to property owners and decision makers to introduce acquisition opportunities.
Qualify prospects by gathering relevant information and assessing interest.
Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the acquisitions team.
Research ownership records and verify property information using internal and third-party resources.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to support lead generation initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with prospective sellers while delivering a positive customer experience throughout the process. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
Organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Able to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently. Preferred Experience Background in business development, inside sales, real estate, financial services, or a related field.
Familiarity with commercial property transactions or lease agreements is a plus.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
