  • Ford Lincoln of Huntington Saturday & Sunday Sales Receptionist (Part-Time) Be the welcoming voice that sets the tone for every customer interaction Huntington Ford Lincoln is seeking a poised, upbeat Weekend Sales Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our sales department.
This role goes far beyond managing the front desk. You'll shape first impressions, create meaningful connections, and support a high-performing team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience. Review, confirm, and reschedule daily appointments; complete daily call activities. Monitor and organize customer concerns, escalating to management when appropriate. Address customer issues promptly using the dealership's CRM, as well as phone, text, and email communication channels. Build and maintain trust with both customers and team members. Accurately document and track customer concerns through to resolution. Proactively engage customers by identifying their needs before being prompted. Collaborate with fellow dealership staff to resolve customer questions and concerns. Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturer's standards for customer satisfaction. Ensure valid payment is collected, properly authorized for the correct amount, and accurately recorded in daily reports. Bring your enthusiasm. Elevate the experience. Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor in business attire, representing Empire with confidence. Strong listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Solid work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, trust-building, and a focus on satisfaction. Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing or phone-based service roles. Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to ongoing personal development. Availability for Saturday-Sunday daytime schedule, with flexibility to support holidays if needed. Proficient multi-tasker with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Maintains a clean, organized, and detail-oriented workspace.
