Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, nurturing leads through warm calling techniques and engaging conversations. Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate technology or service solutions. Manage and update customer information accurately within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring seamless follow-up and record-keeping. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost sales efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive client interactions. Support business development initiatives by participating in outreach strategies, market research, and competitive analysis. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within technology or technical sales environments. Proficiency in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and build rapport. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate value propositions. Ability to understand technical products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support inside sales activities and lead generation efforts.
