Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Develop and grow sales across Ready mix concrete & Asphalt locations, within an assigned territory (Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie Counties) Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and other key customers Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing alignment, and high customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and achieve targets Follow Heidelberg safety procedures on customer job sites and throughout Heidelberg network of locations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive revenue growth in a competitive market Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset Capability to manage multiple priorities, analyze sales data, and adapt strategies to meet business goals Knowledge of construction materials, industry practices, or related markets is preferred Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Work Environment This role operates in a combination of field, office, and customer job site settings. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is expected, with exposure to active construction environments. What We Offer Competitive base salary $78,000
