Main Motorcar Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an energetic individual to serve as an Automotive Salesperson. We are a family owned and operated for over 100 years. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will assist guests through every stage of their automotive purchase. We offer competitive compensation plan that includes a base weekly salary. Previous automotive sales experience is is a plus but not required for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy positive attitude, and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential. Responsibilities Complete factory training to learn about our product line Provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers Follow up on sales leads using various forms of communication Perform professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles Assisting customers with leasing and financing Complete tasks that are requested Collaborating with other employees to offer the best customer experience Requirements Valid Driver's License with clean driving history High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent Communication skills Strong Computer and Phone skills Comfortable using various computer programs Professional Appearance Previous automotive sales or F&I experience is a plus
