This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can combine technical knowledge with strong communication and customer service skills to identify opportunities and support business growth. Position Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support sales initiatives and help identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities. Technical Support Provide customers with technical information and guidance regarding products and solutions. Work closely with internal teams to address customer questions and technical requirements. Assist in troubleshooting product or application-related issues. Translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly recommendations. Customer & Account Management Serve as a responsive point of contact for assigned customers. Follow up on inquiries, quotes, orders, and opportunities. Support customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and service. Monitor customer needs and identify opportunities for additional products or services. Sales Coordination Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure effective customer support. Assist with forecasting, pipeline development, and sales reporting. Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and other business development activities as needed. Prerequisites Previous experience in sales, technical sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications and applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and priorities effectively. Willingness to travel as required to support customers and sales activities. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Technical, engineering, sales, or business-related certifications.
