Full-time position at a local manufacturing company! KRG is excited to identify a dedicated and accurate Sales Support Specialist.

Essential Duties:

Develop product, pricing, and margin expertise to effectively support customers and internal teams Serve as a trusted resource for product, application, availability, pricing, and credit inquiries Recommend technical sealing solutions for aerospace, defense, and government applications Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and orders for mission-critical components Coordinate with customers and vendors and provide timely updates on orders, delivery, warranties, and service Build strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships through responsive, reliable support Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records in Oracle and internal systems Stay current on products and technologies to provide informed recommendations Communicate customer feedback and quality concerns to support continuous product and process improvement Follow established procedures and promote a safe, clean, and compliant workplace Job Requirements 3+ years of customer service or sales experience in a manufacturing setting required Associates Degree preferred Microsoft Office experience is required, Lotus Notes or Oracle experience is a plus Analytical and customer service mindset Must be comfortable prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws.
