Opportunity:
Sales representatives are responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's products in order to drive sales. Sales representatives serve as the first point of contact for new and potential clients, while having a range of responsibilities that revolve around generating revenue for the company.
Core Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell our service by showing potential clients the features and benefits and how it will help the client"s bottom line Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Contact potential clients through methods not limited to cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn. Expedite the resolution of client issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction by being the main point of contact Perform above set sales targets and KPI"s that are determined by management Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Complete necessary reports on new and current clients Build and maintain positive business relationships to grow client accounts and gain new referral business. Travel to industry conferences to meet with new and prospective clients/leads Coordinate new ideas to help support sales campaigns Full sales cycle process from prospecting to presenting, to objection handling, closing and nurturing Increase market share by 10% month over month for overall placements with current or new clients Significant amount of outbound outreach to new and current clients to increase qualified leads Consistent communication with new and current clients to help build sales funnel

High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum; College degree a plus 5+ years of proven recovery sales experience; Full Sales Cycle Experience ++ Good time management skills to ensure responsibilities and communication are completed in an efficient manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and computer literacy Valid driver"s license and vehicle for regional travel Travel - 10% (Company paid or reimbursed)
