Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients in a B2B environment. Compensation:
This position operates under a contractual sales agreement. Commissions will be paid as a percentage of the net income earned from each client secured, for the full term of that client's contract. So the more business you land, the more you will be paid out on the life of the contract. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and territory management. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining strong client relationships. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in lead generation and territory management is a plus. Background in OCS (Office Coffee Service) sales or sales management can be advantageous. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
