From $50,000.00 per year Job description: Job Overview We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Community Liaison / Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a field-based role at the center of our growth strategy. You'll be the face of LTE Care Plus in the community, building referral relationships and partnership agreements that directly impact the families we serve. If you have an existing network in pediatric healthcare, schools, or early intervention, and a track record of growing patient census, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Referral Development & Community Outreach Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, PCPs, schools, special education departments, early intervention coordinators, and regional centers. Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and outreach events across your assigned territory. Represent LTE Care Plus at health fairs, school meetings, community events, and professional networking functions. Develop and execute territory-specific outreach plans for NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. Contract & Partnership Development Identify and pursue formal referral agreements and MOUs with school districts, pediatric practices, hospital systems, and community organizations. Track and report on contract pipeline status to executive leadership Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and referral contacts in CRM. Submit weekly activity and referral conversion reports Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoff from referral to enrollment Brand Representation Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for LTE Care Plus's services and mission. Distribute marketing materials in the field and identify gaps in market presence. Requirements Demonstrate ability to build and maintain referral relationships in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Familiarity with Medicaid-funded services, ABA therapy, or developmental disability services strongly preferred Existing relationships with pediatric practices, schools, or early intervention programs in the NYC metro area are a strong plus.
