Rivera Toyota, proudly owned by Hall of Fame Baseball Legend Mariano Rivera, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative / Automotive Product Specialist to join our growing team. This position combines customer outreach with vehicle delivery and product education, helping create an exceptional experience for every customer. Business Development Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Follow up with sales, service, and lease maturity opportunities Generate customer interest and dealership traffic Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-up activities Maintain accurate customer records Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals Automotive Product Specialist Responsibilities Conduct new vehicle deliveries and provide a complete vehicle orientation Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and driver-assistance features Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Toyota App setup Maintain knowledge of Toyota vehicles, trim levels, and technology Prepare delivery vehicles for customer pickup Assist with moving and staging vehicles throughout the dealership Help maintain an organized and professional showroom and lot appearance Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Automotive experience preferred but not required Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Join Rivera Toyota and become part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
