JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the Director of Community Relations in maintaining maximum occupancy of the community and, when fully occupied, developing a waiting list of future Residents. Maintain accurate records in the database for easy access and reporting. Ensure that The Bristal's reputation is well presented within the community. Full Time schedules include one weekend shift per week - Tuesday to Saturday schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all visitors in a warm, friendly manner. Answer telephones in a professional manner with the objective to obtain the most information about the caller. Team with the Director of Community Relations and the Executive Director to create an effective resident referral program, which turns referrals to residents. Takes prospective Residents and/or families on a tour of the Facility. Understand the REPS system and maintain active prospects database. Liaison between the Bristal and community referral sources. Regular follow up with prospective residents, making a minimum of 20 outgoing calls per day. Calls that do not reach the intended party or that terminate with a voice mail, are not included in the 20 calls per day. All calls must reach a prospective resident or family member and result in dialogue. Regular follow-up with referral sources. Must allocate two one-half days of outreach per week. Outreach will include doctors, elder law attorneys, hospitals, rehabs, and the like. Completion of all required move-in paperwork and the collection of rent monies prior to resident move-in. Assist new residents to get acclimated into the community upon moving in. Manage all marketing inventory as directed. Assist the Director of Community Relations to Create and/or Host Marketing/Sales events. Frequent and ongoing networking with outside referral sources. Belong to and attend, SUN (Senior Umbrella Network) and one additional local Community Association each month with the purpose to attain 2 new leads that visit the community within 3 weeks of the meeting. If the 2 new leads do not visit the community within 3 weeks, you are required to submit to the VP of Marketing an explanation of what contact was made and how you intend to proceed with the leads. Assist the Director of Community Relations to oversee the accuracy of available apartment inventory. Assist the Director of Community Relations to maintain weekly traffic and census reports. Complete a weekly outreach report when required by the Executive Director. Such reports are to be distributed to the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and VP of Marketing in the requisite interval. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Must have the ability to "close" the deal. Professional image.
