We pride ourselves on high-quality installations and top-tier customer service throughout Western New York. Our growth is leading us to look for a motivated, customer-friendly individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being creative, and being attentive to details. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales and Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional telephone sales and service and possess product knowledge expertise. Your passion for lighting and customer service will shine through as you assist clients in transforming their spaces. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while helping customers realize their vision. Duties Answer inbound and place outbound phone calls to answer prospect and client inquiries and to close sales Thoroughly and accurately convey to assessment and design teams client desires. Prepare quotes and close sales Prepare invoices Promote and maintain outstanding client relations Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting client issues professionally Participate in team meetings and other learning and education Willingness to promote Wonderly Lights Thoroughly explains to the client the expectations for service and procedures Performs other duties as required Requirements Outstanding customer service and sales skills capable of exceeding high standards for clients Excellent communication, especially telephone, skills Friendly and Professional Positive attitude Organized and Detail Oriented Motivated and flexible, willing to take initiative Self-confident Telephone sales experience Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Comfortable using a computer Join us as a Sales and Service Representative where your enthusiasm will inspire clients and elevate their spaces!
