Role:

Join Home Central as a Kitchen Design / Inside Sales Support specialist, where creativity meets customer service! Depending on the customer, you may work on a remodeling project to update an existing home or start scratch to create a custom interior design for a residential or commercial space. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of bath and kitchen design projects. Having previous design experience, experience in sales, and working in a showroom is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Assist in creating detailed kitchen designs using design software. Provide inside sales support by answering customer inquiries and processing orders, both in person and over the phone. Arrange and help coordinate a timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice. Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and activities. Work with contractors to build out the design. Keep customers and contractors up to date and informed regarding any plan changes or delays in progress.

Qualifications:

Experience in kitchen design or a related field preferred. Proficiency in design software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles. Sales experience is a plus, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to work flexible work hours based on comfortable needs.
