We're looking for someone who has picked up the phone cold, talked their way past gatekeepers, and has the numbers to prove it. This is a focused, high-activity role with one clear mission: book qualified meetings with New York business owners who are open to exploring what their business is worth and what selling could look like for them. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to small business owners across New York Open conversations, build rapport quickly, and qualify interest in selling Book a minimum of 4 confirmed meetings per week on the broker's calendar Maintain accurate call logs and lead records after every interaction Refine your pitch based on what's working — you'll be heard and your input matters What Success Looks Like Four (or more) booked, confirmed meetings per week with qualified business owners.
