Safavieh is an upscale global home furnishing, rugs & accessories company. Supplied by its own production lines from the classical rug weaving centers of the world. The company is headquartered in Port Washington, New York. Permanent showrooms are open year round in Atlanta, Las Vegas and High Point, NC. For four generations, the family behind the Safavieh brand has dedicated its talents and resources to providing uncompromising quality Safavieh is looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Sales Administrator. Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in providing customer service, marketing, and sales support Manage incoming/outgoing communications with Sales, Service and stakeholders Corresponds with customers and coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems Create and distribute dealer information and marketing materials via email Interact with clients and represent the company in a professional and service-oriented manner Organize emails for sales and distribute accordingly. Keep information updated and routed to proper individuals Assist in preparation for Market across all functions, including but not limited to: campaign; writing orders, organize inventory and samples, communication with clients in attendance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years' experience in a similar role preferred Strong analytical skills, with an ability to compare various data sets and draw valuable and actionable insights Proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook Possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented Ability to multi-task and follow instructions, under deadlines Capability to work as part of a team and independently on own initiative
Compensation:
$25.00/ hour + commission Benefits - 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station Employee Discount Employees can also take advantage of casual dress code, free parking, corporate discounts, fruits every day and bagels every other morning.
