Force Site Service is a growing portable restroom rental company serving construction sites, events, and commercial clients throughout Brooklyn and surrounding areas. We focus on clean, reliable, and timely restroom solutions. We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, results-driven individuals to join us.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will: Prospect and generate leads for construction companies, event organizers, and commercial clients. Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Present and sell portable restroom rental solutions, including long-term contracts for construction projects. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$40,000-$50,000 per year (depending on experience)

Commission:

5-10% on every rental contract you close Performance bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets Growth opportunities in a fast-growing, hands-on business

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to work in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation is a plus.
