What You'll Do:

 Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and local businesses  Generate new leads and maintain a strong referral network  Conduct site visits and communicate service solutions to clients  Track sales activity and meet or exceed monthly targets

What We're Looking For:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset  Sales experience preferred (restoration, construction, or insurance a plus)  Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
