Growth Operator - Paid Ads & Lead Generation (Real Estate) Evergreen Realty & Investments is a boutique real estate brokerage based in Ridgewood, Queens, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties across Queens & Brooklyn. We already generate inbound calls and deal flow. We are looking for someone hungry, proactive, and focused on helping us scale seller leads, buyer leads, and conversions into real deals. This is NOT a passive social media role. We are looking for someone who:- Understands /Instagram and Google Ads
- Knows how to generate and convert leads
- Is comfortable following up quickly and making calls
- Understands funnels, retargeting, and CRM systems
- Thinks like an operator focused on revenue and growth
What You'll Do:
- Run Meta & Google ad campaigns targeting property owners and buyers
- Build landing pages and lead funnels
- Improve inbound lead conversion and follow-up
- Set up retargeting campaigns and CRM workflows
- Help improve local brand visibility and lead generation systems
- Assist with outreach and pipeline growth
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience generating leads for local businesses, real estate, investors, or service businesses
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable moving fast and taking initiative
- Organized and results-oriented
- Bonus if you understand NYC real estate markets
Compensation:
