Based in Uniondale, NY, we partner with growing businesses to deliver cutting-edge cloud phone systems that automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and drive real results. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, coachable individuals who are hungry to build a meaningful career in B2B sales.
The Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Blink Voice, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your primary focus is identifying and engaging potential business clients, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings for our Account Executive team. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role that rewards consistency, hustle, and a growth mindset. All new hires complete a one-month paid training period before transitioning into full production. This is not a classroom-only experience — from early in your first week, you will be on the phones making real calls, working live leads, and building your pipeline alongside the rest of the team. Structured learning and on-the-job activity happen simultaneously, so by the time training ends, you have already developed real reps, real conversations, and real momentum. During this period you will also learn our product, sales methodology, call frameworks, and CRM systems — setting you up for long-term success.
KPIs & Daily Expectations:
After completing the training period, BDRs are held to the following performance benchmarks: Daily 150 outbound calls per day (cold calls, warm follow-ups, and referrals) Consistent CRM logging and pipeline hygiene Weekly 5 qualified appointments booked per week Participation in team standups and accountability check-ins Monthly 12 completed meetings executed per month Performance review and comp adjustment based on results Contribution to team knowledge-sharing sessions
Compensation:
We believe pay should reflect performance — which is why our comp structure is designed to reward reps who show up and execute. Base salary on a sliding scale, adjusted month-to-month based on individual performance metrics On-Target Earnings (OTE) for Year 1: $100,000 Uncapped earning potential — top performers earn significantly more No income ceiling; your effort directly determines your paycheck
Schedule & Hours:
Core office hours: Monday
  • Friday, 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (in-person, Uniondale, NY) Optional morning training sessions: 8:00 AM
  • 9:00 AM Optional evening training sessions: 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM The optional trainings are designed specifically for reps looking to accelerate their development, work through slumps, or sharpen specific skills.
While attendance is never mandatory, the reps who show up consistently are the ones who grow the fastest.

What We're Looking For:
Coachable, self-motivated individuals with a competitive mindset Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and over the phone Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent daily activity B2B sales or appointment setting experience is a plus, but not required Prior cold calling or outbound prospecting experience is valued Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is helpful but trainable Must be local to or able to commute to Uniondale, NY — this is a fully in-person role
