Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Remet Corporation / REMET PIC, Inc. - Utica, NY Position Summary REMET PIC, Inc., a leading supplier of products and technologies to the precision investment casting industry, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Utica, NY. This position is responsible for supporting sales growth, developing customer relationships, and promoting REMET's products and solutions within the artisan, jewelry, and precision investment casting markets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and driven to achieve sales objectives while delivering exceptional service and technical support. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, and outbound sales activities. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support customer inquiries. Provide product recommendations and application guidance to customers. Collaborate with Territory Managers, Product Managers, Customer Service, and Technical Teams to support customer success. Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and activity reports within the ERP system. Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional programs, trade shows, and customer communications. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Support special projects and other sales and marketing activities as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of inside sales, customer service, business development, or related experience. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing, foundry, industrial, or technical sales experience is highly desirable. Spanish language skills are a plus. Why Join REMET?
