This role combines business development, account management, and community relationship building. You will work with insurance professionals and commercial property decision-makers to establish service agreements, conduct site visits, and ensure customers are prepared in the event of property damage. You will work directly with property managers, facility leaders, insurance professionals, and other community partners. Your goal is to understand their needs, offer practical solutions, and become a trusted resource before and during emergencies. Structured onboarding and sales training are provided. Key Responsibilities Manage a defined sales territory and maintain an organized sales pipeline Identify and connect with decision-makers at commercial properties and referral organizations Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents, and community partners Conduct regular outreach meetings and follow-up visits with referral sources and prospects Deliver professional presentations to prospective clients and partners Facilitate continuing education sessions for referral partners (training provided) Participate in networking events, trade associations, and community activities Maintain accurate records in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth communication during active restoration projects Support customers on-site when needed during property damage events

Preferred Qualifications Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales Experience working with property management, facilities, insurance, construction, or related industries Experience leading teams, coordinating operations, or managing complex projects Equivalent military training, certifications, or experience will be considered.
