Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portal
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and customer requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems Order Fulfillment
- Process and validate customer orders for accuracy and inventory availability
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for packing and shipping
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with logistics providers
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction

Language Ability:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Strong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Strong ability to analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Skilled in identifying problems, analyzing possible solutions, and implementing effective strategies to resolve issues and optimize performance. Ability to think critically and evaluate various approaches. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order fulfillment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with industrial automation or electronics is a plus
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to stand or walk within the office.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds, such as files, documents, and office supplies.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms to retrieve or place items on shelves or desks.
