Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target prospective clients within assigned territories, focusing on truck sales and related services Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and solutions tailored to customer needs Manage a portfolio of existing accounts through proactive communication, upselling opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, lead generation activities, and market analysis to expand our customer base Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline management and follow-up Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand for our trucks Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive, technology, or industrial sectors; experience in truck or vehicle sales is highly desirable Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales strategies and lead generation initiatives Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales data Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, technical presentations, and upselling techniques effectively Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams on account management and territory planning A proactive approach to cold calling, inside sales activities, and developing new business opportunities Join us in a role where your energy fuels success!
