Key Responsibilities - Inventory, Sales & Leadership Own and optimize all used car inventory to ensure profitability, accuracy, and front‑line readiness. Set and enforce appraisal standards , performing precise and consistent vehicle evaluations. Leverage DealerSocket daily to manage leads, outbound communication, and opportunity flow. Identify and maximize trade‑in opportunities in partnership with the Used Car Manager. Use advanced inventory tools and CRM systems to streamline operations and maintain control. Ensure professional vehicle presentation including stickers, plate frames, and wholesale management. Serve as the dealership's used‑car product expert , mastering trims, tech, and key packages. Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty. Execute consultative selling , asking the right questions and guiding customers confidently. Resolve customer concerns quickly through CRM, phone, text, and email. Deliver high‑impact vehicle demonstrations that influence buying decisions. Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects, referrals, and past customers to fuel sales growth. Continuously sharpen sales skills , overcome objections, and excel in dynamic selling situations. Lead by example , bringing positivity, professionalism, and performance every day
Qualifications & Skills Used Vehicle Expertise:
Minimum 1 year of used car sales experience with strong product knowledge.
Dealership Sales Experience:
At least 3 years in a dealership environment with proven results.
Professional Presence:
Polished appearance and confident, business‑appropriate communication. High‑

Thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. Customer‑
