Do you thrive in a high-energy environment focused on outbound outreach and booking appointments? If you have a proven background in B2B lead generation or appointment setting, we'd like to connect. What You'll Be Doing Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team Multi-Channel Outreach Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach CRM & Pipeline Management Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM) Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales What We Offer Up to $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission Monthly bonuses and performance-based incentives PTO, sick time, and 10 paid holidays Health insurance and 401(k) with employer match Clear path for advancement into Outside Sales or Sales Management Company events and referral bonus opportunities What We're Looking For 3-5 years of B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience Comfort with high-volume outbound activity Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus If you enjoy prospecting, booking meetings, and earning commission, we encourage you to apply.
