The Sales Operations Specialist - LA supports execution of sales strategy through data analysis, systems, and process optimization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity. It also helps manage operational projects that align with broader company goals. The position plays a key role in enabling sales teams with the tools and insights needed for success. Ensures alignment across teams and initiatives by supporting key projects and maintaining systems that contribute to broader business goals. What You Will Do Design and deliver sales performance dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and enable focus on high-value activities. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and feedback. Lead assigned operational projects and support sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting materials to support sales operations and customer engagements. Provide regional support through forecasting, planning (AOP/LRP), and consolidated market analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, training coordination, or related business support roles. Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both written and spoken). Proficiency in working with data, reporting, and systems administration, with experience supporting sales tools or operational processes. Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial support processes, with the ability to apply analytical thinking to reporting and data validation. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data, reports, and administrative tasks. Effective communicator and collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally and support diverse stakeholders.
