Eastern Ohio/ Western Pennsylvania About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to expand our presence and drive growth within the waste management and recycling sector. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building new relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Identify, qualify, and close new customer accounts Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize retention and revenue Conduct customer education on products, services, and industry best practices Develop a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape Qualifications Proven experience in business development or outside sales Background in the waste management industry required Strong preference for experience in industrial wastewater and oil recycling Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory-based role Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer Competitive salary ($80,000 - $100,000) with profit sharing Comprehensive Health Benefits Opportunity to work in a growing and essential industry Autonomy and ownership of your territory Supportive team environment with growth potential
