Job Description

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized Inside Sales Coordinatorto support our sales team and ensure a seamless customer order process from quote through shipment. This role serves as the primary internal point of contact for order coordination, working closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely updates.
Location:
This position is onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders for the ChemLINE® and MarineLINE® divisions from order entry through shipment Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation in accordance with approved pricing and policies Coordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to confirm lead times and delivery schedules Track order progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers and the Outside Sales team Serve as the primary liaison between customers, operations, and sales for order-related inquiries Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, shipping details, and expected delivery timelines Support the Outside Sales team with quotes, documentation, and coordination of product samples Maintain accurate customer and order records in HubSpot, customer portals, and internal system. Ensure data accuracy to support reporting, forecasting, and customer history tracking Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support, sales coordination, order management, or a similar role Experience working in a B2B sales environment Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong coordination skills working across sales, production, and logistics teams Experience using CRM systems, ERP/order entry systems, and Microsoft Office tools What Success Looks Like in This Role Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proactive communicator who keeps customers and internal teams informed Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and managing several priorities simultaneously Customer-focused with a professional and responsive communication style Takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly and supporting team success
